1. Terms & Conditions​

Introduction Welcome to the Innovative Campus for Future Studies (ICFS) website (www.innovativecampus.online). By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Course Enrollment & Certification

​

  • ICFS provides a diverse range of educational programs, including TVEC-registered NVQ qualifications, diploma courses, and specialized vocational training across multiple faculties.

​

  • Admission into our programs requires the submission of valid, certified documents (including but not limited to National Identity Card, Birth Certificate, and relevant educational/professional certificates).

​

  • ICFS reserves the right to reject any application if the submitted documents are found to be forged or inaccurate.

Payments & Fees

​

  • All students are required to pay a registration fee to secure their placement in their chosen program.

  • Tuition fees must be settled according to the payment schedules provided by the ICFS coordination team prior to the commencement of classes.

​

  • ICFS reserves the right to suspend Learning Management System (LMS) access or withhold certificates if tuition fees are not settled in full.

​

Academic Conduct & LMS Usage

  • Many of our courses utilize a hybrid learning model. Students are expected to complete their required live classes, self-study hours, and practical/clinical training (if applicable to their specific course) to qualify for final assessments.

  • Sharing LMS login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate

  • termination of student access.

 

2. Privacy Policy​

 

Information We Collect At Innovative Campus for Future Studies (ICFS), we respect your privacy. When you register for any of our educational programs, we collect personal information necessary for your enrollment and official registration. This includes:

  • Full Name, Address, and Contact Numbers (WhatsApp/Phone).

  • National Identity Card (NIC) number and copies.​

  • Certified copies of Birth Certificates, Grama Niladhari Certificates, and Passports.

  • Educational and Employment Identification details (where applicable).

How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly for educational and administrative purposes:

  • To process your course registration and official examinations (such as TVEC).

  • To create your student profile on our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • To communicate important updates, lecture schedules, and training details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Data Security & Sharing ICFS implements standard security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to outside parties. Your information is only shared with relevant official government or educational bodies for official certification purposes.

3. Refund Policy

 

General Non-Refundable Policy Please be informed that any amount paid to the Innovative Campus for Future Studies (ICFS)—including registration fees and course tuition fees—is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under standard circumstances. By making a payment, the student agrees to commit to the enrolled program.

​

Exceptions & Payment Gateway Processing In the highly unlikely event of an administrative error (such as a duplicate payment charge due to a system glitch) or if a refund is explicitly approved by the ICFS Management Board under exceptional, mitigating circumstances:

​​

  • The refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself. (For example, if the payment was made via a specific Visa/Mastercard, the funds will be reversed directly back to that exact same card).

​

  • Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
